摘要
学生资助工作既是脱贫攻坚的重要手段,也是促进教育公平、社会公平的重要手段,是实现教育高质量发展的有效途径。立足高职院校资助工作现状,通过加强统筹协调、建立健全组织管理机制、确保经费投入、建立健全流程实施机制、注重科学研究、建立健全考核反馈机制、打造六大工程等措施,建立健全资源聚合机制,力争一竿子插到底,建立健全政策宣传机制,提高精准实效。建立健全三全育人机制等途径的高校资助工作长效机制,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人发挥资助育人的应有作用。
Student funding was not only an important way to get rid of poverty,but also an important way to promote education fairness and social fairness.It was also an effective way to achieve the high quality development of education.Based on the current situation of the financial support of vocational colleges,they should strengthen the overall coordination,establish a sound management system,ensure investment,establish a sound process implementation system,pay ttention to scientific research,establish a sound feedback system for assessment,and create six major projects,establish a sound resource gathering system,and strive to stick to the end,establish a sound policy promotion system,and improve the precise effect.In this way,the long-term funding system of vocational colleges would be established and improved,so as to play the due role of funding and educating people for the sake of the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical and health.
