水平秤上筒仓支座的受力分析与探究

摘要 针对金属材质的筒仓仓壁普遍较薄,在轴压和内压的作用下,尤其是传力面积较小的支座处容易发生破坏的问题,通过DLUBAL RFEM5.25有限元软件模拟一个水平秤上铝质筒仓支座的工程实例,计算筒仓受到的荷载,提出影响支座受力和稳定性的几个因素。比较点支座与线支座的作用,研究支座应力集中的影响。推导出应力集中情况下柱支座顶部应力的计算公式,基本与有限元计算结果一致,探究了筒仓仓壁在轴压和内压作用下的屈曲临界应力,研究结论为金属筒仓支座工程设计提供一定的参考。 Aiming at the common problem of thin wall of metal material cylindrical silo,which is prone to damage under the action of axial pressure and internal pressure,especially at the supports with small transfer area,a practical engineering example of aluminum cylindrical silo support on a horizontal scale was simulated using DLUBAL RFEM5.25 finite element software to calculate the load on the silo and to propose several factors that affect the support force and stability.The effects of a point type support and a line type support were compared,and the impact of stress concentration was studied.The formula for calculating the stress at the top of the column support under stress concentration was derived,which is essentially consistent with the finite element calculation results.The critical stresses of the silo wall under axial and internal pressure are investigated and the findings of the study provide some reference for engineering design.
