摘要
在跨海大桥的桥墩改造加固工程中,通常采用双壁钢围堰进行施工区排水和防水,但该类围堰存在耗材多、拼装复杂、重复利用率低等问题.针对这些问题,本文依托厦门大桥改造过程中的墩柱加固施工,基于精细化三维有限元仿真分析,对钢套箱围堰的内支撑布置形式进行了系统优化,并通过局部加肋和法兰板加固等措施改善了结构的整体受力性能,提出了一种对八字内支撑轻型单壁钢套箱围堰.与传统双壁钢围堰相比,该单壁钢围堰充分利用墩柱受力,呈现整体性好、结构简单、质量轻、用钢量少等优点.此外,由于采用了分块拼装式工艺,所提轻型单壁钢套箱围堰的安装和拆除施工无需大型起重设备,因而施工周期短、安全性高,具有重要的工程应用价值.
Double-wall steel cofferdams have been widely used for the drainage and waterproofing of construction areas in the pier reconstruction and reinforcement of cross-sea bridges.However,cofferdams of such a type usually experience problems of high steel consumption,assembly complexities,and low reuse rates.To resolve these typical issues,based upon the pier reinforcement practice of Xiamen Bridge,we propose a single-wall steel box cofferdam with splayed internal bracing system through detailed three-dimensional finite element simulations.In particular,the internal bracing system of single-wall steel box cofferdam is optimized via a new formulation of splayed brace locations and intervals.Meanwhile,the overall stress situation of the proposed single-wall steel box cofferdam is improved through certain local rib flange plate reinforcements.Compared with the traditional double-wall steel cofferdams,the present single-wall steel cofferdam utilizes the existing pier column to enhance its loading bearing capacity,and exhibits several advantages such as better structural integrity,simpler structural form,lighter weight and less steel cost.In addition,due to the adoption of the block assembly technique,the assembling and the disassembling of the proposed single-wall steel box cofferdam do not require large lifting equipment,leading to a shorter construction period with higher safety insurance.Consequently,the proposed single-wall steel box cofferdam with splayed internal bracing system secures notable engineering application values.
