摘要
筛分车间作为振动筛的承重结构,在工业生产中起着重要作用。当筛分框架结构刚度不足或第一频率密集区内最低自振频率计算值与振动筛的振动频率接近时,会出现整体水平振动或楼盖竖向振动,致使结构产生较大位移或变形,造成结构功能下降甚至破坏。本文根据工业建筑相关振动设计规范及手册规定,结合工程实例,从有限元模型的建立、分析方法和结构方案等方面对筛分车间的振动原因和振动控制展开讨论。
As a load-bearing structure,sieving department plays an important role in the industrial production.When the stiffness of the sieving frame is insufficient or the calculated value of the lowest vibration frequency in the first frequency compact zone is close to the vibration frequency of the vibrosieve,the overall horizontal vibration or the vertical vibration of floor will occur,resulting in large displacement or deformation of the structure.In this paper,according to the relevant vibration design codes and manuals of industrial buildings,combined with the engineering examples,the vibration causes and vibration control of sieving department are discussed from the aspects of the establishment of finite element model,analysis method and structural scheme.
