摘要
针对管状带式输送机的振动噪声问题,提出了一套基于现场托辊受力频谱激励下的管状带式输送机噪声分析方法。首先基于托辊受力测量方法采集了托辊受力数据,以该数据作为激励源;然后,基于有限元—边界元混合声场仿真方法,分析了托辊组件的噪声情况,确定了托辊简化模型;接着,建立了管状带式输送机混合声场仿真模型,结合声压级叠加方法,得到了管状带式输送机在居民家产生的振动噪声;最后,测量了现场居民家的噪声值。研究结果表明,仿真与测量结果具有较好的一致性,但测量结果比仿真结果高了5.64 dB,相对误差为8.32%,考虑到托辊复杂的接触工况,认为该结果相对可靠,验证了整套方法的可靠性,为管状带式输送机振动噪声分析提供了参考。
Aiming at the vibration noise problem of tubular belt conveyor,a set of noise analysis method of tubular belt conveyor based on the field roller force spectrum excitation was proposed.Firstly,the force data was collected based on the roller force measurement method,and the data was used as the excitation source.Then,based on FEM-BEM hybrid acoustic field simulation method,the noise of the roller assembly was analyzed,and the simplified model of the roller was determined.Subsequently,the hybrid acoustic field simulation model of the tubular belt conveyor was established,and combined with the sound pressure level superposition method,the vibration noise generated by the tubular belt conveyor at the resident′s house was obtained.Finally,the noise values of the residents′house were measured.The results show that the simulation and measurement results are in good agreement,but the measurement results are 5.64 dB higher than the simulation results,with a relative error of 8.32%.Considering the complex contact conditions of the rollers,the results are considered relatively reliable,which verifies the reliability of the whole set of methods and provides a reference for the vibration noise analysis of the tubular belt conveyor.
