新发展格局下企业核心竞争力提升的组态路径研究 被引量:2

Research on the Configuration Path to Enhance the Enterprise Core Competitiveness under the New Development Pattern

摘要 核心竞争力是企业应对复杂多变市场环境的根本保障,也是助推经济高质量发展的重要因素。以2020年沪深两市A股2 802家上市公司为样本案例,基于“外部环境—内部资源—自身能力”的逻辑框架,通过构建多因素协同联动影响企业核心竞争力的组态模型,采用fsQCA方法探究多重因素协同驱动企业核心竞争力的路径。研究表明:第一,任何单一因素均不是形成企业核心竞争力的必要条件,且企业自身能力在核心竞争力的驱动路径中发挥着较为关键的作用。第二,企业核心竞争力是多因素协同联动作用的结果,具有“多重并发”与“殊途同归”的特点。企业核心竞争力的驱动路径共有3类,分别为资源—能力双轮驱动型、环境—能力内外联动型和环境—资源—能力协同驱动型。第三,异质性组态分析表明:企业核心竞争力的驱动路径在2019年和2020年具有稳定性;营商环境是驱动沿海地区企业核心竞争力的关键要素,而在非沿海地区企业核心竞争力的驱动路径中贡献较少;民营企业核心竞争力主要受内部资源与自身能力的协同影响,而非民营企业核心竞争力则是外部环境、内部资源与自身能力3个维度联合作用的结果;第一、二、三产业部门的企业核心竞争力驱动路径分别具有能力主导、资源—能力双因素驱动、环境—资源—能力协同驱动的特点。研究结果不仅验证了多因素协同联动对企业核心竞争力的影响,还为培育和提升企业核心竞争力提供参考。 Core competitiveness is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to cope with the complex and changeable market environment,and it is also an important part of promoting high-quality economic development.Taking 2802 A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2020 as samples,a configuration model that affects the core competitiveness of enterprises is constructed by integrating the theory of external factors,resource base theory,and enterprise capability theory.And the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to deeply study the mechanism and configuration path mode of enterprise core competitiveness improvement.It is found that any single factor isn’t a necessary condition for forming the core competitiveness of enterprises,and the company’s capabilities play a key role in the driving path of core competitiveness.The core competitiveness of enterprises is the result of multi-factor synergy,with the characteristics of multiple concurrencies and different paths,and there are three types of driving paths named as resource-capability two-wheel drive type,environment-capability internal and external linkage type and environment-resource-capability collaborative driving type.The heterogeneous configuration analysis show that the business environment is the key factor driving the core competitiveness of enterprises in coastal areas,while it contributes less to the driving path of the core competitiveness of enterprises in non-coastal areas.The core competitiveness of private enterprises is mainly affected by the synergy between internal resources and their capabilities,while the core competitiveness of non-private enterprises is the result of the combination of three dimensions:external environment,internal resources,and capabilities.The core competitiveness driving paths of enterprises in the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries are characterized by capability-led,resource-capacity dual-factor driven,and environment-resource-capability synergy-driven.Based on the research conclusion
