摘要
文章主要介绍了出口葡萄牙波尔图地铁司机台的设计及验证。司机台在结构上整体采用玻璃钢材料,切割为三部分,之间采用螺栓连接的方式,为司机台的安装和研配提供了便利性;电气布局采用模块化分布,依据司机台台头的大小将功能类似的部件布置在同一台头上,将操作频率越高的器件放置于司机越方便操作的位置;使用Process Simulate人机分析软件进行人机仿真分析,计算结果表明司机台器件布置完全满足人体视野及作业空间需求;使用Hyperworks得到有限元模型并进行静强度和模态分析仿真,得到了材质最大利用系数和合理的自振频率,数值均在允许范围之内,表明司机台静强度和模态均满足要求。司机台是司机室的核心部件,而司机室又是城铁的基础构成部分,因此司机台的合理设计和科学验证是安全高效行车的重要因素。
This paper mainly introduces the design and verification of the metro driver′s desk exported to Porto,Portugal.The driver′s desk is made of FRP,divided into three parts and connected by bolts,providing convenience for the installation and matching;the electrical layout is modularized,and the components with similar functions are arranged on the same desk head according to the size of the driver′s desk head,and the devices with higher operation frequency are placed at positions easy for operation;the Process Simulate analysis software is used for human-machine simulation analysis,and the calculation results show that its layout fully meets the human vision and work space requirements;Hyperworks is used to establish finite element model and conduct static strength and modal analysis simulation to obtain the maximum utilization coefficient of material and reasonable natural vibration frequency,and the values are within the allowable range,indicating that the driver′s desk static strength and modal meet the requirements.The driver′s desk is the core component of the driver′s cab which is the fundamental component of urban rail.The reasonable design and scientific verification of driver′s desk are important factors to ensure the safe and efficient operation.
