摘要
本文建立了定量测定Fmoc-Tyr(tBu)-OH有关物质的高效液相色谱分析方法。该方法以Waters XSelect® CSH^(TM) C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm)柱为色谱柱,以0.05%磷酸-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长220 nm。建立的方法操作简便,专属性强,精密度、准确度良好,可用于Fmoc-Tyr(tBu)-OH有关物质检测。
To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances in Fmoc-Tyr(tBu)-OH.Waters XSelect® CSH^(TM) C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm)was chosen for analysis.Gradient elution was used to determine the related substances of Fmoc-Tyr(tBu)-OH with 0.05%phosphoric acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelengths were 220 nm.The method is proved to be simple,good precision and high accuracy,and could be used for the determination of related substances in Fmoc-Tyr(tBu)-OH.
