摘要
目前,基于模型的系统工程概念已被工业界所接受,并成功应用于航空航天、汽车等领域的生产实践中,为复杂系统的正向设计提供了指导性方法。本文应用MBSE主要方法论的核心思想,面向适航要求,根据设计工作的性质和特点,在原有方法的基础流程上进行了一定的改进。从飞机结构强度评定需求实际出发,建立了一套适用于民用飞机结构强度评定需求捕获的新方法。利用某大型水陆两栖飞机作为示例,面向适航条款的相关内容,对结构强度评定需求捕获技术进行演示和说明。
At present,the concept of model-based system engineering has been accepted by the industry and successfully applied to the production practice of aerospace,automotive and other fields,providing a guiding method for the forward design of complex systems.This paper applies the core ideas of the main methodology of MBSE,faces the airworthiness requirements,and makes certain improvements on the basic process of the original method according to the nature and characteristics of the design work.Starting from the actual demand for aircraft structural strength assessment,a new method suitable for capturing the structural strength assessment needs of civil aircraft is established.Using a large amphibious aircraft as an example,the structural strength assessment requirements capture technology is demonstrated and explained for the relevant content of airworthiness clauses.
