摘要 利用纳米材料对传统混凝土防护涂层进行改性是提升混凝土结构耐久性的重要手段。本文系统论述了纳米材料在混凝土抗碳化、抗氯盐、防水抗冻、抗硫酸盐及酸碱化学腐蚀等防护涂层中的应用现状,发现纳米材料的少量应用即能有效提升原涂层对混凝土的防护性能。与此同时,纳米材料在涂层中的应用也存在一系列问题,诸如:纳米材料对涂层的关键作用机理、纳米改性涂层混凝土耐久性理论模型、纳米材料在涂层中的均匀分散与最优掺量以及纳米改性涂层工程应用的性价比等问题有待进一步深入研究。本文针对上述问题进行了详细分析,并对如何最大化地发挥混凝土纳米改性涂层的耐久性防护性能进行了总结。同时,对未来混凝土纳米改性涂层的重要发展趋势进行了展望。研究成果可为未来混凝土结构纳米改性防护涂层的发展和工程应用提供重要借鉴。 The use of nanomaterials to modify traditional concrete protective coatings is an important means to improve the durability of concrete structures.This paper systematically discusses the application status of nanomaterials in concrete anti carbonization,anti-chloride,waterproof,anti-freezing,anti-sulfate and acid alkali chemical corrosion protective coatings.The study found that the application of small amounts of nanomaterials can effectively improve the durability protection performance of the original coating on concrete.At the same time,there are also a series of problems with the application of nanomaterials in coatings,such as the key mechanism of nanomaterials in coatings,the theoretical model of durability of nano modified coating concrete,the uniform dispersion and optimal dosage of nanomaterials in coatings,and the cost-effectiveness of nano modified coating engineering applications,which require further research.In view of the above issues,a detailed analysis was conducted and a summary was made on how to maximize the durability and protective performance of concrete nano modified coatings.At the same time,the important development trends of nano modified coatings for concrete in the future were prospected.The research results provide important references for the development and engineering practice application of nano modified protective coatings on concrete structures in the future.
