数字孪生山洪小流域数据底板构建关键技术及应用 被引量:8

摘要 数据底板是流域数字化映射的成果、数字化场景构建的基础和实现山洪灾害监测预报预警平台“四预”功能的重要基础和支撑载体。以陕西省灞河、洛河流域为试点,结合现有山洪灾害监测预报预警数据现状,面向山洪小流域“四预”建设要求,提出了构建数字孪生山洪小流域数据底板的关键技术及方法。接入空、天、地多维信息,基于高精度三维精细化数字场景构建、海量数据集成与关联关系模型构建、数据精度控制、空间配准及模型融合等技术,构建了覆盖试点流域全空间、全尺度、全业务的数字底板,实现了对多尺度场景一体化管理、全部要素的数字化映射、精细化数字场景的高仿真呈现、多维度要素的全方位感知,为省级平台“四预”能力提升提供数据基础和支撑条件,为探索数字孪生山洪小流域建设提供经验借鉴。 The data base plate is the result of digital mapping of watersheds,the foundation of digital scene construction,and an important foundation and support carrier for realizing the″forecast,early warning,reheating,continuity plan″function of the mountain flood disaster monitoring,prediction,and early warning platform.In this paper,taking the Bahe and Luohe River basins in Shaanxi Province as a pilot,combines the current status of monitoring,forecasting,and early warning data for mountain flood disasters,and proposes key technologies and methods for constructing a digital twin data base for mountain flood small watersheds in response to the construction requirements of the″forecast,early warning,rehearsal,and continuity plan″.This paper accesses the multi-dimensional information of air,space and earth,and builds a digital back-plane covering the whole space,full scale and full business of the pilot basin based on the technologies of high-precision three-dimensional fine digital scene construction,massive data integration and association relational model construction,data precision control,spatial registration and model fusion.It has achieved integrated management of multi-scale scenes,digital mapping of all elements,and high simulation presentation of refined digital scenes.The comprehensive perception of multi-dimensional elements provides a data foundation and supporting conditions for the capacity improvement and construction of the provincial platform″forecast,early warning,reheating,continuity plan″,and provides experience and reference for exploring the construction of digital twin watersheds in mountain flood small watersheds.
