摘要
目的评析重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用持续皮下注射胰岛素泵治疗的有效性。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月山东健康集团枣庄中心医院收治的70例重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组35例,对照组采用胰岛素静脉滴注治疗,观察组采用持续皮下注射胰岛素泵治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组酸中毒纠正时间、尿酮体转阴时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用持续皮下注射胰岛素泵治疗效果理想,可以降低患者低血糖发生率,快速纠正代谢紊乱。
Objective To review the effectiveness of applying continuous subcutaneous insulin pump therapy in patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods 70 patients with severe Diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Health Group from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into two groups,35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with insulin intravenous drip,and the observation group was treated with continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump.The efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to correct acidosis,the time to turn negative of urine ketone body,and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprand blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and quickly correct metabolic disorders in patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis.
