胰岛素负荷量加微量泵注入胰岛素在糖尿病酮症酸中毒抢救中的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素负荷量加微量泵注入胰岛素在糖尿病酮症酸中毒抢救中的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2022年10月石狮市医院收治的80例糖尿病酮症酸中毒抢救患者,根据随机分组原则分为两组,每组40例。对照组应用单纯胰岛素微量泵注入胰岛素治疗,观察组应用胰岛素负荷量加微量泵注入胰岛素治疗,比较两组血糖水平、转归时间、治疗效果、不良反应。结果观察组治疗2周后的血糖水平低于对照组,转归时间短于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者抢救期间采用胰岛素负荷量加微量泵注入胰岛素治疗,治疗效果好,血糖改善幅度大,转归时间短,治疗安全性高。 Objective To explore the effect of insulin loading plus micropump injection of insulin in the resuscitation of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods From January 2019 to October 2022,80 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Shishi Hospital for resuscitation were selected,and divided into two groups according to the randomized grouping principle,each group had 40 cases.The control group was treated with insulin injection by insulin micropump alone,and the observation group was treated with insulin loading plus insulin injection by micropump.Compare the blood glucose level,time of regression,treatment effect,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The blood glucose level of the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment was lower than that of the control group,the time to regression was shorter than that of the control group,the treatment efficiency was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis patients during resuscitation with insulin loading plus micropump injection of insulin has good therapeutic effect,large improvement of blood glucose,short transition time and high treatment safety.
