摘要
人工智能技术的飞速发展和广泛应用对会计职业产生了前所未有的冲击,同时也给高校会计人才培养带来了严峻的挑战,特别是地方高校尤为突出。文章旨在探讨人工智能背景下地方高校会计人才培养存在的主要问题及对策建议。研究发现,当前地方院校会计人才培养模式难以适应智能化的要求,依然存在人才培养目标滞后、传统课程占据主导、智能财务课程“两张皮”、复合型师资队伍缺乏、“填鸭式”教学方式等问题。文章对这些问题提出了针对性的优化建议,从而为提升地方高校会计人才培养的实用性和前瞻性提供参考。
The rapid development and widespread application of artificial intelligence technology have had an unprecedented impact on the accounting profession,while also bringing severe challenges to the cultivation of accounting talents in universities,especially in local universities.The article aims to explore the main problems and suggestions for the training of accounting talents in local universities under the background of artificial intelligence.Research has found that the current accounting talent training mode in local universities is difficult to adapt to the requirements of intelligence,and there are still problems such as lagging talent training goals,traditional courses taking the lead,the“two skins”of intelligent finance courses,a lack of composite teaching staff,and a“cramming”teaching method.Targeted optimization suggestions have been proposed for these issues,providing reference for improving the practicality and foresight of accounting talent cultivation in local universities.
