摘要
农业农村现代化是实施乡村振兴战略的总目标。常熟作为全国首批、江苏首家、苏州唯一的国家级农业科技园区所在地,在现代农业特色发展的道路上,逐步形成科技支撑农业发展的重要路径。文章以农业星创天地、农村科技服务超市、涉农研究院的服务情况为切入口,剖析常熟市农业社会化服务情况中存在的问题和症结,结合发展实际,在政策体系建设、平台载体建设、人才培育、金融支撑等方面,提出推动创新驱动现代农业发展的路径。
The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is the overall goal of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Changshu,as one of the first batch of agricultural science and technology parks in China,the first in Jiangsu,and the only national level agricultural science and technology park in Suzhou,is gradually forming an important path for technology to support agricultural development on the path of modern agricultural characteristic development.This article will take the service situation of Agricultural Star Creation World,Rural Science and Technology Service Supermarket,and Agricultural Research Institute as the starting point,analyze the problems and cruxes in the socialized agricultural services in Changshu city,and combine the development reality to propose path thinking to promote innovation driven modern agricultural development in policy system construction,platform carrier construction,talent cultivation,financial support,and other aspects.
