摘要
芫荽籽油和韭菜籽油具有良好的药食两用价值,但其提取率普遍较低。为改善研究现状,采用超临界CO_(2)流体技术提取河南芫荽籽油和韭菜籽油,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验。最终确定当萃取压力30 MPa、温度45℃、时间100 min、CO_(2)流量25 kg/h时,芫荽籽油的提取率最高,为14.52%;当萃取压力30 MPa、温度55℃、时间140 min、CO_(2)流量20 kg/h时,韭菜籽油的提取率最高,为19.02%。该工艺优化可提高芫荽籽油和韭菜籽油的提取率,为超临界CO_(2)流体提取芫荽籽油和韭菜籽油的高效生产提供科学依据,推动河南省特色油料的开发与利用。
Coriandrum sativum L.and Allium tuberosum seed oil seed oil have good medicinal and edible value,but their extraction rates are low.The supercritical CO_(2)fluid technology was used to extract Coriandrum sativum L.seed oil and Allium tuberosum seed oil from Henan province.The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test.The maximum extraction yield of coriandrum sativum L.seed oil was 14.52%under the extraction conditions:pressure 30 MPa,temperature 45℃,extraction time 100 min and CO_(2)flow rate of 25 kg/h.The maximum extraction yield of Chinese chieve seed oil was 19.02%under the extraction condition:30 MPa,55℃for 140 min with CO_(2)flow rate of 20 kg/h.The optimized process could improve the extraction rate of seed oil and provided scientific basis for the efficient extraction of seed oils with supercritical CO_(2)fluid.The study promotes the development and utilization of seed oils in Henan province.
