一种基于变压器的新型九电平逆变器

摘要 针对光伏并网逆变器,传统拓扑结构常采用先升压再逆变的结构,造成效率进一步提升受到限制且输出电压电平数较少。对此,提出了一种基于变压器的新型单相九电平逆变器。首先,详细地分析了所提逆变器的拓扑结构,并给出了各开关管在正、负半周期内的开关状态。为了突出所提拓扑的优势,将之与其他类似的九电平逆变器进行对比。同时,为使所提逆变器性能最优,将电平合成脉宽调制(LSPWM)技术应用至该逆变器。此外,还给出了具体的级联方案,使得所提拓扑可以通过级联的方式来提高逆变器的输出电压,亦或是增加输出电压电平的数量。最后,搭建样机并进行了实验,实验结果充分证明了理论分析的正确性以及该方案的可行性。 For photovoltaic grid connected inverter, the traditional topology often adopts the structure of boost first and then inverter, which limits the further improvement of efficiency and the number of output voltage levels. With this regard, a novel single-phase nine-level inverter based on transformer is proposed. Firstly, the topology of the proposed inverter is analyzed in detail, and the switching states of each switch in positive and negative half cycles are given. In order to highlight the advantages of the proposed topology, it is compared with other similar nine-level inverters. Secondly, at the control level, in order to optimize the performance of the proposed inverter. The level synthesized pulse width modulation(LSPWM)technology is applied to the control of the inverter. In addition, a specific cascade scheme is also given, so that the proposed topology can improve the output voltage of the inverter or increase the number of output voltage levels through cascade. Finally, a prototype is built and experiments are carried out. The experimental results fully prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the scheme.
