摘要
新建的城市综合体普遍都配建有高档星级酒店,特别是兴建在城市博览中心、展览馆、大型会议中心或者是旅游区旺季的酒店,其高峰期入住率也越来越高,因此在酒店的给水设计中,在给水水压、给水设计流量、供水安全性等方面对现有的设计规范提出越来越多的挑战和要求。给水设计是酒店建筑设计中的重要一环,选用合适的给水设计秒流量公式,保证酒店客房用水的稳定性和舒适性对酒店的正常运营具有重大的意义。原有的《建筑给排水设计标准》(2019版)(GB 50015-2019)中针对旅馆、宾馆给水设计秒流量公式越来越满足不了星级酒店客房的实际用水流量要求。
New urban complexes are generally equipped with upscale starred hotels,especially hotels built in the city expo center,exhibition hall,large conference center or tourist area during peak seasons,and their peak occupancy rates are also increasing,so in the water supply design in hotels,more and more challenges and requirements are put forward for the existing design specifications in terms of water supply pressure,water supply design flow,water supply safety,etc.Water supply design is an important part of the architectural design of the hotel,and it is of great significance to the normal operation of the hotel to choose the appropriate water supply design second flow formula to ensure the stability and comfort of water use in hotel rooms.In the original"Building Water Supply and Drainage Design Standard(GB50015-2019)"(2019 edition),the water supply design second flow formula for inns and hotels is increasingly unable to meet the actual water flow requirements of starred hotel rooms.
