摘要
利用耦合概念,按照“价值耦合—内容耦合—高耦合、高内聚”的研究框架,对职业教育高质量发展和中国式现代化发展的价值、功能、发展目标和相关功能等进行分析,探索职业教育高质量发展与中国式现代化发展的相关关系。通过二者的核心价值、内容和发展任务阐述与讨论,提出职业教育高质量发展与中国式现代化之间存在重要的价值理念、发展目标、相关需求、政策任务和主要内容等方面存在高度联系和发展契合性。最后针对耦合关系与相关内容,提出要完善体制机制、加强多元主体协作、促进内部创新、优化教师队伍建设和重视国际交流等策略来逐渐实现职业教育和中国式现代化发展的共生共荣和协调发展。
Using the concept of coupling,the research framework of“value coupling-content coupling-high coupling and high cohesion”was used to analyze the values,functions,development goals and related functions of high-quality development of vocational education and Chinese-style modernization development.The relationship between vocational education and Chinese-style modernization development was also studied.The study explored the relationship between high-quality development of vocational education and Chinese-style modern development.Through the elaboration and discussion of the core values,contents and development tasks of the two,it is suggested that there is a high degree of connection between the quality development of vocational education and Chinese-style modernization in terms of core values,development goals,relevant needs,policy tasks and main contents.The study concluded by suggesting strategies to improve institutional mechanisms,strengthen collaboration among multiple actors,promote internal innovation,optimize teacher training,and emphasize international exchange in order to gradually realize the symbiotic and coordinated development of vocational education and Chinese-style modernization.
