摘要
气机升降理论是中医学重要的理论,其中的升降既包括构成人体生命精微物质的升降,也包括脏腑的升降。清阳出上窍作为气机升降所要达到的目标,其中“清阳”应当包括所有能够上荣于窍的正气,包括了属“阳”的功能方面的阳、气和属“阴”的形质方面的阴、血。气机升降紊乱的病机可分为虚实两端,不通与不荣,因此,要使清阳出上窍,应遵循“通以畅气机,荣以行升降”的治疗原则。
The theory of ascending and descending movement of qi mechanism is an important theory in Chinese medicine.The ascending and descending includes both the ascending and descending of the essence of the human body and that of the visceral and bowels.As the goal to be achieved by the ascending and descending movement of qi mechanism,"clear yang ascending to upper orifices"should include all the healthy qi that is sufficient enough to ascend to the upper orifices,including yang and qi which are“yang”in function and yin and blood which are“yin”in physique and nature.The disorder ascending and descending movement of qi is either caused by deficiency or excess,that is,blockage and ying qi deficiency.Therefore,the treatment principle of"unblocking to promote the qi movement and supplementing to achieve ascending and descending"should be followed so that clear yang can ascend to upper orifices.
