摘要
为了探究主骨料公称粒径、级配、沥青品质等因素对密级配降噪型混合料的影响,采用驻波法测定吸收系数并计算降噪指标,评价2因素对混合料降噪性能影响的显著性,并提出路面材料的选择建议。结果表明:沥青整体降噪性能排序大小依次为:PG82高粘高弹改性沥青、PG82高模量改性沥青、PG76改性沥青、普通AC-16C。相比普通AC-16C、PG76、PG82高模量、PG82高粘高弹改性沥青降噪能力分别提高60.1%、77.5%、81.5%。混合料峰值吸声能力受沥青种类的高度影响,基本不受粒径影响。小汽车为主交通的路面,建议选择高粘高弹改性沥青+4.75 mm粒径;载重汽车为主交通的路面,建议采用高模量改性沥青或者高粘高弹改性沥青+9.5 mm粒径。
In order to explore the influence of nominal particle size of main aggregate,gradation,asphalt quality and other factors on dense gradation noise reduction mixture,the standing wave method was used to determine the absorption coefficient and calculate the noise reduction index.The significance of each factor on the mixture’s noise reduction performance was evaluated,and recommendations for road surface material selection were provided.The results showed that the overall noise reduction performance of asphalt was ranked as follows:PG82 modified asphalt with high viscosity and high elasticity,PG82 modified asphalt with high modulus,PG76 modified asphalt,common AC-16C.Compared with AC-16C,the noise reduction capacity of PG76,PG82 modified asphalt with high modulus,and PG82 modified asphalt with high viscosity and high elasticity was improved by 60.1%,77.5%and 81.5%,respectively.The peak sound absorption capacity of the mixture was affected by the height of asphalt type,but not by the particle size.For cars,it is recommended to select the modified asphalt with high viscosity and high elasticity+4.75 mm particle size;For heavy trucks,it is recommended to use high modulus modified asphalt or high viscosity and high elastic modified asphalt+9.5 mm particle size.
