摘要
针对前牙美学缺陷的修复问题,提出一种基于纳米陶瓷复合树脂材料直接粘接的前牙美学修复技术,并对其修复效果进行评价。试验结果表明:修复术后即刻、术后6个月、12个月和24个月的成功率分别为100%、96.7%、92.9%和92.5%;失败病例主要表现为充填体折裂、牙体折裂和继发龋,其次为边缘着色和牙龈炎症。而复合树脂材料之所以表现出良好的美学修复效果,与其纳米成分带来的良好机械性能和生物相容性有很大关系。纳米陶瓷复合树脂具有良好的材料性能,应用于前牙的直接粘接美学修复具有微创、美观等优势,表现出良好的临床效果。
To address the issue of repairing aesthetic defects in anterior teeth,a direct bonding technique based on nanoceramic composite resin material is proposed,and its repair effect is evaluated.The experimental results show that the success rates immediately after repair,6 months,12 months,and 24 months after repair are 100%,96.7%,92.9%,and 92.5%,respectively.The main manifestations of failed cases are filling fracture,tooth fracture,and secondary caries,followed by edge staining and gingival inflammation.The reason why composite resin materials exhibit good aesthetic repair effects is closely related to the good mechanical properties and biocompatibility brought by their nano components.From this,it can be concluded that nanoceramic composite resin has good material properties,and combined with direct bonding for aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth,it has advantages such as minimally invasive and aesthetic,demonstrating good clinical effects.
