基于数据挖掘分析《银海精微》中治疗目翳的用药规律

摘要 目的 通过数据挖掘,对眼科古籍《银海精微》中治疗目翳的药物进行分析并总结规律,为治疗目翳提供理论依据及用药思路。方法 通过检索书中的有关目翳的的药方,提取相关数据并用Excel建立数据库,并使用Excel、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0行相关分析。结果 共检索出55个方剂,98味中药,共使用546次。其中防风使用频次最高,清热药物使用最多,性味以苦寒为主,归经首归肝经,关联程度最高为黄芩—桔梗药对,聚类分析可分为三类,均以清热为基本思路。结论 《银海精微》中治疗目翳多以清热解表为主,兼以活血利水,固护脾胃,主要药物包括防风、大黄、黄芩、当归、甘草等。 Objective Through data mining,this paper analyzes and summarizes the laws of the drugs used to treat ocular pannus in the ancient book“Yinhai Jingwei”,providing theoretical basis and medication approach for the treatment of ocular pannus.Methods Through searching the prescription related to ocular pannus in the book,and the data was extracted and organized into an Excel database.Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for correlation analysis.Results A total of 55 prescriptions and 98 traditional Chinese medicines were retrieved and used 546 times.Among them,Fangfeng is the most frequently used,and heat clearing drugs are the most frequently used.The main flavor is bitter and cold,with the liver meridian being the first.The highest degree of correlation is the Huangqin—Jiegeng drug pair.Cluster analysis can be divided into three categories,all of which take heat clearing as the basic idea.Conclusion In“Yinhai Jingwei”,the main treatment for eye ocular pannus is mainly to clear away heat and relieve external symptoms,as well as to promote blood circulation and water retention,and protect the spleen and stomach.The main drugs include Fangfeng,Dahuang,Huangqin,Danggui,Gancao,etc.
