摘要
目的 探讨理肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者呼吸功能、日常生活能力(ADL)的影响。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年12月徐州医科大学附属沭阳医院收治的AECOPD患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用理肺汤。比较两组治疗前后症状积分、治疗后临床疗效、ADL评分、治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ADL评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 理肺汤具有良好疗效,对AECOPD患者各症状及日常生活能力均有显著改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of Lifei Decoction on respiratory function and ability of daily living(ADL)in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Eighty patients with AECOPD admitted to Shuyang Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment.The observation group added Lifei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The symptom score,clinical efficacy,ADL score,and adverse reaction rate during treatment were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the two traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the two groups was higher than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lifei Decoction has a good effect,and it can significantly improve the symptoms and daily living ability of AECOPD patients.
