摘要
匹配了液压恒压网络驱动系统各部件参数,根据液压恒压网络驱动系统的结构、工作原理和特性,提出了一种有效的参数匹配方法。基于液压恒压网络驱动系统原理,分析了驱动力、恒压网络、液压变压器和液压马达之间的关系,研究了系统参数与车辆动力性能的关系,总结了关键参数的匹配原则和方法,引入了液压恒压网络驱动系统特征驱动力、液压变压器等效功率和等效流量,确定了衡量驱动系统驱动能力的指标,以及液压变压器匹配的原则。利用驱动系统参数匹配方法,对液压恒压网络驱动系统中的发动机、蓄能器、恒压网络、液压变压器和液压马达进行了参数匹配。研究结果表明,匹配的液压恒压网络驱动系统能够满足性能要求。搭建液压驱动系统实验台,验证了系统加减速能力,表明系统能够稳定运行。
In order to match parameters for common pressure rail driving system of hydraulic hybrid vehicle reasonably,on the basis of the structure,operating principle and characteristics of power system hydraulic hybrid vehicle,a new simple and effective parameter matching method was presented.Based on the principle of the hydraulic common pressure rail driving system,the relationship among driving force,common pressure rail,hydraulic transformer and hydraulic motor was analyzed.The relationship between system parameters and vehicle performance was also studied.And the matching principle and method of the key parameters were concluded.The featured driving force of the hydraulic common pressure rail driving system,hydraulic transformer equivalent power and equivalent flow were introduced.The measure index of the system driving performance and the matching principle of the hydraulic transformer were proposed.Through this matching method,parameter of engine,energy accumulator,common pressure rail,hydraulic transformer and hydraulic motor were matched.The results show that the hydraulic common pressure rail system matched can satisfy the performance requirement.The hydraulic transformer controlled motor system test bench was built to verify the system acceleration and deceleration capability,indicating that the system can operate stably.
