临床科室带教能力建设教改效果分析

摘要 目的:从中西医临床带教评价和实习生考核角度分析教学改革效果。方法:以某校2021—2022年在广西骨伤医院实习的学生为研究对象,利用统计学方法对传统教学模式及教改模式学生教学改革后实习生考核成绩进行比较,结合带教评价及满意度来评价临床科室带教能力建设教改效果。结果:两种模式学生考核成绩结果比较,教改组在理论成绩、中医操作技能、西医操作技能、病案分析成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。教改组100%的实习生对自己的临床带教医师是比较满意的,认为自己的中医骨伤科临床技术及临床思维能力均有提高,基本具备一些骨科方面的常见病、多发病的诊治,在接诊患者时能很好体现人文关怀。73.3%的临床带教医师认为实习生可以完成基本的中西医结合骨伤临床诊疗工作。93.3%的临床带教医师满意教学病例讨论及临床讲课。结论:中西医临床带教评价和实习生考核可以提高临床科室的带教能力,对中西结合人才的培养起到推动作用。 Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of teaching reform from the perspectives of clinical teaching evaluation of traditional Chinese and western medicine and assessment of interns.Methods:Taking students who interned at Guangxi Orthopedic Hospital from a certain school from 2021 to 2022 as the research object,statistical methods were used to compare the assessment results of interns after teaching reform in traditional teaching mode and teaching reform mode.The effectiveness of teaching reform in building teaching capacity in clinical departments was evaluated based on teaching evaluation and satisfaction.Results:The comparison of student assessment results between the two modes showed that the teaching reform group had significantly higher theoretical scores,traditional Chinese medicine operational skills,western medicine operational skills,and medical record analysis scores than the control group(P<0.01).100%of the interns in the education reform group are relatively satisfied with their clinical teaching physicians,believing that they have improved their clinical skills and thinking abilities in traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology,and have basic knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring orthopedic diseases.They can effectively demonstrate humanistic care when receiving patients.73.3%of clinical teaching physicians believe that interns can complete basic clinical diagnosis and treatment of bone injuries through the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.93.3%of clinical teaching physicians are satisfied with the discussion of teaching cases and clinical lectures.Conclusion:The evaluation of clinical teaching in traditional Chinese and western medicine and the assessment of interns can improve the teaching ability of clinical departments and promote the cultivation of talents who combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.
