摘要
以从海量数据中快速调取所需数据信息为目标,提出智慧能源大数据库下的智能电网云平台快速响应方法。采用基于数据相关性的多副本一致性哈希数据存储算法(CMCH),并行连接查询智能电网云平台中的智慧能源大数据,减少数据传输不必要开销。经基于CMCH的多尺度多变量样本熵(MMSE)并行算法,提取融合特征后,通过多层空间模糊减法聚类处理数据特征。采用基于属性相关度估计数据挖掘算法,挖掘数据之间关联性,从智慧能源大数据库中高效挖掘海量数据信息,实现智能电网云平台快速响应。实验表明该方法的数据并行处理运行时间短,数据规模越大优势越显著;数据聚类DB指数低、β指数大,聚类性能好;可全面响应用户输入的查询指令,满足用户需求。
In order to quickly retrieve the required information from massive data,a fast response method of smart grid cloud platform under smart energy big database is proposed.In order to reduce the unnecessary cost of data transmission,the multi replica consistent Hash data storage algorithm(CMCH)based on data correlation is used to query the smart energy big data in the smart grid cloud platform in parallel.After extracting the fusion features by the multi-scale and multi variable sample entropy(MMSE)parallel algorithm based on CMCH,the data features are processed by multi-layer spatial fuzzy subtraction clustering.The data mining algorithm based on attribute correlation estimation is used to mine the association between data,and efficiently mine massive data information from the smart energy database,so as to realize the rapid response of smart grid cloud platform.The experimental results show that the running time of this method is short,and the larger the data scale is,the more significant the advantage is.The DB index of data clustering is low andβindex is large,hence it has good clustering performance.It can fully respond to the user’s input query instructions to meet the user’s needs.
