摘要
目的:分析2010—2019年上海市浦东新区陆家嘴社区居民主要死因及时间趋势,为相关管理部门制定卫生政策提供依据。方法:收集整理分析2010—2019年上海市浦东新区陆家嘴社区居民主要死亡信息,计算死亡率、年度变化百分比和平均年度变化百分比。结果:2010—2019年,上海市浦东新区陆家嘴社区居民死因顺位前5位分别为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、内分泌及营养和代谢疾病、损伤中毒;2010—2015年,总体人群循环系统疾病死亡率呈上升趋势;2010—2019年,内分泌及营养和代谢疾病死亡率呈上升趋势,呼吸系统疾病死亡率呈下降趋势;2010—2019年,15~59岁年龄段人群损伤中毒死亡率呈下降趋势;2010—2019年,60~79岁年龄段人群呼吸系统疾病死亡率呈下降趋势,≥80岁年龄段人群循环系统疾病死亡率呈上升趋势,呼吸系统疾病死亡率呈下降趋势。结论:循环系统疾病负担较高,相关管理部门应制定合理的政策控制疾病发展,降低慢性非传染性疾病危害,从而进一步提升居民的健康水平。
OBJECTIVE To analysis the trend of the leading causes of death in Lujiazui community resident in Shanghai from 2010 to 2019,to provide a basis for health policies making in the future.METHODS The data of dead residents in Lujiazui community from 2010 to 2019 were collected,organized and analyzed.The death rate,annual percent change and average annual percent change were calculated.RESULTS The top 5 causes of death were circulatory system disease,tumor,respiratory disease,endocrine,nutrition and metabolic disease,and injury and poisoning.The mortality of circulatory system disease showed a upward trend over the period of 2010 to 2015.The mortality of endocrine,nutrition and metabolic disease had a upward trend from 2010 to 2019,but the one of respiratory disease was contrary at the same period.From 2010 to 2019,the death rate of injury and poisoning of the 15~59 years old group showed a downward trend.For 60~79 years old group,the mortality of circulatory system disease and tumor both had downward trend from 2010 to 2016.But for over 80 years old group,the mortality of circulatory system disease had an increasing trend from 2010 to 2019.The mortality of respiratory disease,for both 60~79 years old group and over 80 years old group,had a decreasing trend from 2010 to 2019.CONCLUSION The circulatory system diseases especially caused a heavy disease burden.Health policies should be made according to the results to control these diseases,reduce the risks of NCD and promote the people’s health.
