基于双引发体系保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成工艺研究

摘要 选择高活性聚醚大单体TPEG和丙烯酸等小单体,通过氧化还原引发的自由基聚合反应合成保坍型聚羧酸系减水剂PCE-B。通过正交试验和单因素试验,研究PCE-B的最佳合成工艺,评价引发体系对合成减水剂性能的影响,并对合成减水剂进行凝胶渗透色谱分析及水泥净浆、混凝土试验。结果表明,PCE-B的最佳合成工艺为:酸醚比3,反应温度25℃,A料加入底料中的质量百分比为15%,链转移剂、吊白块、过硫酸铵和H_(2)O_(2)用量分别为TPEG质量的1.0%、0.75%、0.3%、0.6%,A料、B料滴加时间分别为120、130min。合成的PCE-B具有优异的分散性和分散保持性,且对混凝土28 d抗压强度无影响。 The synthesis of slump-proof polycarboxylate superplasticizer PCE-B was carried out by redox-initiated free radical polymerization reaction with highly reactive polyether macromonomer TPEG and small monomers such as acrylic acid,and the optimal synthesis process of PCE-B was investigated by orthogonal and single-factor tests,focusing on the evaluation of the influence of the initiation system on the performance of the synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The synthetic polycarboxylate superplasticizer was also subjected to gel permeation chromatography analysis,cement net slurry and concrete tests.The results showed that the optimal synthesis process of PCE-B was as follows:acid to ether ratio of 3.0,reaction temperature of 25℃,the mass percentage of A material added to the base material was 15%,the dosage of chain transfer agent,hanging white block,ammonium persulfate and H2O2 were 1.0%,0.75%,0.3%and 0.6%of TPEG mass,and the titration time of A material and B material were 120 and 130 min,respectively.The synthesized PCE-B has excellent dispersibility and slump retention,and has no significant effect on the 28 d compressive strength of concret.
