摘要
脂肪酸相变材料是目前重要的储热功能材料之一,因其稳定的化学性质和优异的物理性能被广泛关注,但是也存在相变温度不理想、易泄漏和热性能不稳定等问题。通过现有文献,总结了对脂肪酸相变材料相变温度不适宜和热导率低的改良方法;针对易泄露的问题讨论了多孔介质吸附和微胶囊化两种有效的解决方法;对比了两种制备方法得到的脂肪酸复合相变材料微观结构的差异,并分析了两种制备方法的优缺点;综述了脂肪酸复合相变材料热稳定性能的影响因素。最后就脂肪酸复合相变材料发展现状提出了今后的研究方向,为建筑节能材料的发展提供理论基础。
Fatty acid phase change material is one of the important heat storage functional materials at present,and has attracted much attention due to their stable chemical properties and excellent physical performances.However,there are some disadvantages such as unsatisfactory phase transition temperature,easy leakage and unstable thermal performance,Based on the existing literatures,the improvement methods for inappropriate phase change temperature and poor thermal conductivity of fatty acid phase change materials were summarized.Aiming at the problem of easy leakage,two effective solutions,porous media adsorption and microencapsulation,were discussed.The microstructure differences of fatty acid composite phase change materials obtained by the two preparation processes were compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two preparation processes were analyzed.The factors affecting thermal stability of fatty acid phase change composite materials were reviewed.Finally,the future development direction of fatty acid composite phase change materials was put forward,which provided a theoretical basis for the development of building energy-saving materials.
