摘要 天然气管道掺氢技术能够改变天然气燃烧特性,提高燃烧速率,降低污染物产生,有助于实现碳达峰、碳中和目标,成为世界各国研究的热点。但是掺氢后可能对天然气管道管材造成氢脆、氢鼓泡、氢致开裂等风险。对国内外天然气管道掺氢技术研究进展进行简单描述,对掺氢对天然气管道可能造成的氢损伤进行介绍,提出掺氢天然气管道在完整性管理中控制要点,为掺氢天然气管道在国内的应用提供借鉴意义。 Hydrogen mixing technology in natural gas pipeline can change the natural gas combustion characteristic,increase the combustion rate and reduce the pollutants,helping achieve carbon peak,carbon neutral,which is becoming a hot spot of research around the world.But the mixing of hydrogen may increase the risk of natural gas pipeline,such as hydrogen embrittlement,hydrogen bubble and hydrogen induced cracking.In this paper,the research progress of hydrogen mixing technology in natural gas pipeline at home and abroad was described,the possible hydrogen damage caused by hydrogen mixing in natural gas pipelines was introduced,and the key points of control in integrity management of hydrogen mixing natural gas pipelines were put forward,which could provide some reference for the application of hydrogen mixing natural gas pipelines in China.
