摘要
研究通过D840螯合树脂对低浓度尾矿水离子交换回收分离钴铜,交换平衡时间为15 min,洗脱平衡时间为25 min,工作交换容量为54.2 g/g树脂,对铜的选择系数为907,对钴的选择系数为478。以六级串联树脂柱从尾矿水分离钴铜。在常温下控制4 BV/h的流速进原液对铜交换容量49.3 mg/g,对钴交换容量22.9 mg/g。洗脱最佳条件:2 BV/h流速,3 mol/L氢离子的硫酸为洗脱剂,洗脱的铜液纯度99.9%,洗脱的钴液纯度99.3%,钴铜总收率大于99%。
Cobalt and copper were recovered and separated from low concentration tailing water by ion exchange with D840 chelating resin.The exchange equilibrium time was 15 min,the elution equilibrium time was 25 min,the working exchange capacity was 54.2 g·g^(-1) resin,the selection coefficient for copper was 907,and the selection coefficient for cobalt was 478.Cobalt and copper were separated from tailing water by six resin columns in series.Under normal temperature,controlling the raw solution flow rate of 41 BV·h^(-1),the exchange capacities of copper and cobalt were 49.3 g·g^(-1) and 22.9 g·g^(-1). Under the best elution conditions of 2 BV·h^(-1) flow rate,using 3 mol·L^(-1) hydrogen ion sulfuric acid as eluent,the purity of eluted copper solution was 99.9%,the purity of eluted cobalt solution was 99.3%,and the total yield of cobalt and copper was more than 99%.
