摘要
清代雍正元年陈宏谋中进士,为官48年,历任12行省21任官职,官至东阁大学士。陈宏谋是雍正和乾隆时期著名的清官廉吏,乾隆将陈宏谋树立为榜样让百官参照学习。陈宏谋一生著书立言颇丰,主要代表作近300万字,通过研究他的遗作可以获得其廉政思想。其中,《陈宏谋家书》和《五种遗规》总结出了陈宏谋严于律己、严于律家人和严于律从政者的廉政思想。探究陈宏谋廉政思想,不仅有助于传承中华优秀传统文化,还可以为新时代廉政文化建设提供参考。
In the first year of Yongzheng′s reign in the Qing Dynasty,Chen Hongmou was a senior scholar and served as an official for 48 years.He successively held 21 official positions in 12 provinces,and served as a grand master of Dongge.Chen Hongmou was a famous clean and honest official during the Yongzheng and Qianlong periods.Qianlong set Chen Hongmou as an example for all officials to learn from.To explore what Chen Hongmou′s thoughts on clean government are,we can obtain them by studying his posthumous works.Chen Hongmou has written a lot of books throughout his life,with nearly 3 million words.Through exploring"Chen Hongmou′s Family Letter"and"Five Kinds of Legacy Regulations",this paper summarizes Chen Hongmou′s thought of being strict with himself,his family,and his political practitioners.By exploring Chen Hongmou′s thought of clean government,it is helpful to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture and provide reference for the construction of clean government culture in the new era.
