摘要
目的分析2012—2021年新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)人间布鲁菌病流行特征和趋势,为制定布鲁菌病防控措施提供依据。方法收集中国疾病预防控制信息系统中2012—2021年兵团报告的布鲁菌病例相关资料,采用描述流行病学方法分析病例流行病学特征及发病率等指标。结果2012—2021年兵团累计报告病例5331例,年均发病率18.44/10万,呈上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=95.789,P<0.05);发病率北疆(19.22/10万)高于南疆(18.04/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.252,P<0.05);发病以3—8月为主、占70.83%;以男性为主、占73.16%,男女性发病率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=943.878,P<0.001);病例集中在40~59岁组、占60.63%,不同年龄组发病率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4202.656,P<0.001);职业以农民为主、占50.03%。结论新疆兵团布鲁菌病流行呈上升趋势;应加大畜间疫情防控力度,扩大监测范围,有针对地开展农村中老年人群行为干预,增强防病意识。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trends of human brucellosis in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2012 to 2021,and provide scientific basis for formulating the prevention and control measures of brucellosis.Methods The data of brucellosis cases reported by Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2012 to 2021 were collected from China Disease Control and Prevention Information System.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and incidence of human brucellosis.Results Totally 5331 cases were reported in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2012 to 2021,with the average annual incidence rate of 18.44/100000 and upward trend(trendχ^(2)=95.789,P<0.05).The incidence was higher in northern Xinjiang(19.22/100000)than that in southern Xinjiang(18.04/100000),with statistical difference(χ^(2)=4.252,P<0.05).The incidence mainly concentrated during March to August,accounting for 70.83%.The male cases was dominant,accounting for 73.16%,with statistical difference(χ^(2)=943.878,P<0.001)between the incidence rates of the male and the female.Most cases concentrated in the age group of 40-59 years,accounting for 60.63%,with statistical difference(χ^(2)=4202.656,P<0.001)in the incidence rates of different age groups.Farmer cases were the most,and accounted for 50.03%.Conclusions The prevalence of brucellosis shows upward trend in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.The epidemic prevention and control should be strengthened in the livestock,and the scope of monitoring should be expanded.The behavioral intervention should be targeted in the middle-aged and elderly people in rural area for strengthening their awareness of disease prevention.
