超高分辨率计算机断层成像靶扫描对肺孤立性磨玻璃结节的诊断价值

摘要 目的探究超高分辨率计算机断层成像(Ultra-HRCT)靶扫描对肺孤立性磨玻璃结节(GGN)的诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月收治的120例肺孤立性GGN患者为研究对象,均实施Ultra-HRCT靶扫描、常规计算机断层成像(CT)靶扫描以及病理检查。比较常规CT靶扫描、Ultra-HRCT靶扫描的CT征象检出情况,以病理检查结果为金标准,分析常规CT靶扫描、Ultra-HRCT靶扫描与病理结果的符合率及对肺孤立性GGN的诊断效能。结果Ultra-HRCT靶扫描的实性成分、胸膜凹陷征、支气管征、空泡征检出率均高于常规CT靶扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ultra-HRCT靶扫描与病理结果的符合率为74.17%,高于常规CT靶扫描的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ultra-HRCT靶扫描对肺孤立性GGN的诊断灵敏度、准确度高于常规CT靶扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ultra-HRCT靶扫描在肺孤立性GGN的诊断中能够更好地反映患者病情,且具有较高的诊断效能,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultra-high-resolution computed tomography(Ultra-HRCT)target scan in solitary pulmonary ground-glass nodule(GGN).Methods A total of 120 patients with solitary pulmonary GGN admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects.Ultra-HRCT target scan,conventional computed tomography(CT)target scan and pathological examination were performed.The detection of CT signs of conventional CT target scan and Ultra-HRCT target scan were compared.Using pathological examination results as the gold standard,the accordance rate of conventional CT target scan,Ultra-HRCT target scan and pathological results,as well as their diagnostic efficacy for solitary pulmonary GGN were analyzed.Results The detection rates of solid components,pleural indentation sign,bronchial sign and vacuole sign of Ultra-HRCT target scan were higher than those of conventional CT target scan,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The accordance rate between Ultra-HRCT target scan and pathological results was 74.17%,which was higher than 53.33%of conventional CT target scan,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,accuracy of Ultra-HRCT target scan for solitary pulmonary GGN were higher than those of conventional CT target scan,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra-HRCT target scan can better reflect the patients'condition and has high diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary GGN,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
