摘要
为探讨酮肟化合物及其酰胺衍生物的光谱学性能,采用亲核取代和亲核加成反应制备出具有咔唑基团的酮肟化合物,并通过Beckmann重排反应制备其相应的酰胺衍生物,对合成的化合物进行核磁和红外表征.结果表明,由于结构的变化,相应的酮化合物、酮肟化合物和酰胺化合物光谱学性能不同,且酮肟化合物具备溶剂效应,而酰胺衍生物对溶剂依赖性小.
In order to investigate the spectral properties of a ketoxime compound and its amide compound,a ketoxime compound with carbazole groups was prepared by nucleophilic substitution and nucleophilic addition reactions,and its corresponding amide derivative was prepared by Beckmann rearrangement reaction.The synthesized compounds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectra.The results showed that the spectral properties of corresponding a ketone compound,ketoxime compound and amide compound were different due to structural changes.And ketoxime compound had solvent effect.However,the corresponding amide derivative had little dependence on solvent.
