摘要
注浆工艺是处治沥青路面裂缝的常用方法,为合理确定沥青路面裂缝注浆处治工艺参数,分别对仅裂缝、裂缝+层间粘结不良、裂缝+层间松散3种常见工况的注浆扩散路径进行了研究,并对注浆孔深度、注浆压力等关键参数进行了模拟计算。研究结果表明:当注浆孔位于上基层底部时,浆液可更好地填充基层;当注浆压力为0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 MPa时,注浆扩散半径逐渐增加,当注浆压力大于0.6 MPa时,会造成路面起拱,破坏路面结构层间连续性;结合实际工程经验,对施工参数进行了优化。该研究成果可为注浆技术处置沥青路面裂缝推广提供理论与技术参考。
Grouting technology is common method for treating cracks of asphalt pavement.In order to determine reasonable construction parameters for grouting treatment of cracks,the grouting diffusion paths of 3 common conditions of only cracks,cracks+poor interlayer bonding and cracks+interlayer looseness were studied.The key parameters such as grouting hole depth and grouting pressure were simulated and calculated.The research results indicate that when the grouting hole located at the bottom of the upper base layer,the slurry better fill the base layer;When the grouting pressure is 0.2,0.3,0.4,and 0.5 MPa,the grouting diffusion radius gradually increases.When the grouting pressure is greater than O.6 MPa,it will cause arch on the road surface and damage the interlayer continuity of the road structure;Based on practical engineering,construction parameters is optimized.This research will provide theoretical and technical support for the promotion of non excavation grouting technology.
