摘要
目的在医学院校教学医院开展教研室评估和分层管理,建立教研室考核评价制度,定期对教研室进行评估,促进教研室建设,带动学科发展。方法设立教研室评估指标体系,给予不同的权重,建立完整的考核方法和流程,进行政策宣贯,学年末对教研室进行考核评估,根据评估结果设立不同的等级,给予不同的奖励和支持。结果经过6次教研室评估,根据评估结果分层管理,表彰先进,激励后进,所有教研室考核评估成绩均有大幅度提升。结论教研室评估与分层管理对于促进教研室建设有良好的作用,从而带动了学科发展,提高了医院整体教育教学水平。
Objective To carry out the evaluation and management at different levels of teaching and research section in teaching hospitals of medical universities,Establish the evaluation system of teaching and research section,evaluate regularly,promote the construction of teaching and research section and the development of subjects.Methods Set up the evaluation index system being given different weights of the teaching and research section,Establish a complete evaluation method and process and carry out policy publicity.Evaluate the teaching and research section at the end of the school year,Set up different grades and support different rewards according to the evaluation results.Results After having completed 6 assessments on the Teaching and Research Department,management at different levels according to the evaluation results,commend outstanding section and encourage the others.The evaluation results of all the teaching and research departments were greatly improved.Conclusion Evaluation and management is contribute to progress the construction of teaching and research section,thus promoting the development of disciplines and improving the level of education and teaching in hospitals.
