核磁共振成像在脑梗死中诊断的效果及准确率观察

摘要 目的:探究分析核磁共振成像在脑梗死中诊断的效果及准确率。方法:在本院2017年6月~2019年3月急诊科收治的脑梗死患者中抽取48例纳入研究的观察对象,所有脑梗死患者在入院后72h之内均进行CT检查和核磁共振成像技术(MRI)检查,对所有脑梗死患者的病历相关资料和影像学、病理诊断结果进行回顾性统计,对比脑梗死患者应用核磁共振与CT检查两种不同检验方式的敏感性、特异性和准确率。结果:通过对脑梗死患者采用不同方法进行诊断,结果显示核磁共振(MRI)诊断的敏感性为95.83%、特异性为100%、准确率为96.15%。而CT诊断的敏感性为79.17%、特异性为33.33%、准确率为76.47%。核磁共振各项均高于CT诊断,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核磁共振检查具有较高的敏感性、特异性和准确率,能够有效诊断出脑梗死患者病灶情况,弥补CT检查中存在的不足,具有较高的临床价值。 Objective:To explore and analyze the effect and accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:48 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected as observation subjects included in the study.All patients with cerebral infarction underwent CT examination and MRI within 72 hours after admission imaging technology(MRI)examination,retrospective statistics of medical records,imaging and pathological diagnosis results of all patients with cerebral infarction,and comparing the sensitivity and specificity of two different examination methods of MRI and CT examination in patients with cerebral infarction and accuracy.Results:Diagnosing patients with cerebral infarction using different methods showed that the sensitivity of MRI diagnosis was 95.83%,the specificity was 100%,and the accuracy was 96.15%.The sensitivity of CT diagnosis was 79.17%,specificity was 33.33%,and accuracy was 76.47%.All items of MRI were higher than those diagnosed by CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI examination has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.It can effectively diagnose the lesions of patients with cerebral infarction,make up for the deficiencies in CT examination,and has high clinical value.
