摘要
目的:设计一种负压吸引装置,以克服目前临床上的负压吸引装置组装复杂耗时,不能做到一次性组装成功,中央负压衰减明显等缺点。方法:该装置由主引流袋、辅引流袋、连接管和保护杯组成,采用牵线牵拉的方法撑开一次性引流袋,提供一个固定的容积,连接中央负压装置,吸引医疗废液废气至一次性引流袋。结果:该设计结构简单,组装时间缩短,做到一次性组装成功,中央负压衰减少。结论:该设计能有效地减少护理的工作量,减少负压吸引装置的安装时间,提高了中央负压的利用率,长期使用不会出现漏气,具有良好的临床实用价值。
Objective:To design a negative pressure suction device to overcome the shortcomings of the current clinical negative pressure suction device,such as complex and time consuming assembly,can not be successfully assembled at one time,and the central negative pressure attenuation is obvious.Methods:The device was composed of main drainage bag,auxiliary drainage bag,connecting pipe and protective cup.The disposable drainage bag was opened by wire traction,a fixed volume was provided,the central negative pressure device was connected,and the medical waste liquid waste gas was attracted to the disposable drainage bag.Results:The design structure was simple,the assembly time was shortened,the one-time assembly was successful,and the central negative pressure decay was reduced.Conclusion:The design can effectively reduce the workload of nursing,reduce the installation time of negative pressure suction device,improve the utilization rate of central negative pressure,and there will be no air leakage in long-term use,so it has good clinical practical value.
