摘要
目的研究规范化体系建设在提高紧急医学救援队伍护理实践能力中的临床应用效果。方法选取河南省人民医院2020年10月到2022年10月从事临床应急救援护理工作的护理人员60例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组人员进行常规应急救护能力培训,观察组建立规范化建设体系,对急救队伍展开规范化培训,观察两组队伍综合考核成绩、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、对突发事件的响应时间以及人员的急救能力,评估规范化体系建设在提高紧急医学救援队伍护理实践能力中的应用效果。结果培训前,两组人员的急救理论知识水平、操作技能、SCL-90评分、响应时间及身体体能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,观察组人员急救理论知识水平、急救技能及身体体能的考核结果均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SCL-90评分低于对照组,响应时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组培训后的应激反应、评估观察、处理问题、风险防范以及团队协作等各急救能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对紧急医学救援队伍展开规范化体系建设培训,能有效提高其护理实践能力和急救能力,稳定其心理。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of standardization system construction in improving the nursing practice ability of emergency medical rescue team.Methods A total of 60 nursing staffs who were engaged in clinical emergency rescue nursing work in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected for the study and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given routine emergency rescue ability training,and observation group was given establishment of standardization construction system.Standardization training was performed on emergency team,and the comprehensive assessment scores,symptom checklist(SCL-90)score and response time to emergencies were observed between the two teams.Results Before the training,there were no significant differences in first-aid theoretical knowledge level,operational skills,SCL-90 score,response time and physical fitness between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the assessment results of emergency theoretical knowledge level,emergency skills and physical fitness in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The SCL-90 score in observation group was lower than those in control group,and response time in observation group was shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of stress response,evaluation and observation,problem solving,risk prevention and teamwork of the observation group after training were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardization system construction training for emergency medical rescue team can effectively improve the nursing practice ability and first aid ability,and stabilize their psychology.
