摘要
目的探究左氏斡旋针法结合平衡火罐治疗脾虚痰湿型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效,以期为制订脾虚痰湿型肥胖症的规范化治疗方案提供可靠的循证医学证据。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月我科收治的90例脾虚痰湿型单纯性肥胖症患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将研究对象分为A、B、C 3组,A组患者予以饮食运动干预治疗,B组患者在A组基础上施以平衡火罐治疗,C组患者在饮食运动干预基础上予以左氏斡旋针法结合平衡火罐治疗。观察并记录3组患者治疗前后的肥胖相关指标(如体质量、BMI、体脂率、腰围等)、中医证候积分、生化指标等情况,采用SPSS 22.0统计软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗后3组患者肥胖相关指标均有所改善,B、C组患者改善情况显著好于A组,C组患者改善情况好于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后3组患者各项指标均有所改善,B、C组患者改善情况显著好于A组,C组患者改善情况好于B组(P<0.05)。结论左氏斡旋针法结合平衡火罐治疗脾虚痰湿型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者中医临床证候,控制并减轻患者肥胖情况,从而达到有效治疗肥胖的目的。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zuo's mediation acupuncture combined with balanced cupping in the treatment of spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness simple obesity,and provide reliable evidence-based medical evidence for the formulation of standardized treatment of spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness obesity.Methods A total of 90 patients with simple obesity with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness admitted to our office from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The subjects were divided into three groups by digital random table method:A,B and C.Patients in group A received diet and exercise intervention treatment,and patients in group B received balanced cuping treatment on the basis of group A.Group C was treated with Left's mediation acupuncture combined with balanced cupping on the basis of diet and exercise intervention.Obesity-related indicators(such as body weight,BMI,body fat percentage,waist circumference,etc.),TCM syndrome scores,and biochemical indicators of the three groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results After treatment,obesity-related indexes of the three groups were improved,the improvement of patients in group B and C was significantly better than that in group A,and the improvement of patients in group C was better than that in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,all the indicators of the three groups were improved,and the improvement of the patients in group B and C was significantly better than that in group A,while the improvement of the patients in group C was better than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Zuo's mediation acupuncture combined with balanced cupping has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness simple obesity,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,control and reduce the obesity of patients,so as to achieve the purpose of effective treatment of obesi
