药品中大肠埃希菌两种鉴定方法的比较

摘要 目的对药品中大肠埃希菌两种鉴定方法的结果进行比较,提高大肠埃希菌的鉴定能力和检验水平。方法按照《中华人民共和国药典》方法,对样品进行增菌、选择和分离培养,采用生化鉴定试剂盒和全自动微生物鉴定仪两种鉴定方法进行鉴定,并对鉴定结果和鉴定时间进行分析。结果两种方法鉴定结果一致,生化鉴定试剂盒鉴定阳性菌平均用时(24.303±0.101)h,鉴定可疑菌落平均用时(24.339±0.116)h;全自动微生物鉴定仪鉴定大肠埃希菌阳性菌平均用时(2.226±0.199)h,鉴定可疑菌落平均用时(3.495±0.309)h,两种方法用时比较,全自动微生物鉴定仪鉴定用时更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全自动微生物鉴定仪可显著缩短大肠埃希菌的检验周期,简化操作,提高效率,相较于传统生化鉴定试剂盒更适合应用在药品控制菌的检验中。 Objective To improve the identification ability and inspection level of Escherichia coli by comparing the results of two identification methods for Escherichia coli in drugs.Methods According to the method in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China,the samples were enriched,selected,isolated and cultured.Biochemical identification kit and full automated microbial identification instrument were used for identification,and the identification results and identification time were analyzed.Results The identification results of the two methods were consistent.The average time for identifying the positive bacteria of Escherichia coli and the suspicious colonies by biochemical identification kit was(24.303±0.101)h and(24.339±0.116)h,respectively.The average time for identifying the positive bacteria of Escherichia coli and the suspicious colonies by full automated microbial identification instrument was(2.226±0.199)h and(3.495±0.309)h,respectively.The identification time of full automated microbial identification instrument was shorter than that of biochemical identification kit,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The full automated microbial identification instrument can significantly shorten the inspection period of Escherichia coli,simplify the operation and improve the efficiency.Therefore,compared with the traditional biochemical identification kit,it is more suitable for the inspection of drug control bacteria.
