摘要
目的 观察加味槐花散保留灌肠联合常规西药对放射性肠炎的治疗效果。方法 选取74例放射性肠炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味槐花散保留灌肠。观察两组治疗前后临床症状评分、直肠镜检评分、卡氏评分、炎症因子水平,同时观察两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后腹痛、里急后重、大便脓血、肛门灼热评分及直肠镜检评分均降低,卡氏评分均升高(P <0.05),且治疗后观察组较对照组各项症状评分及直肠镜检评分更低,卡氏评分更高(P <0.05)。两组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低(P <0.05),且治疗后观察组较对照组均更低(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.89%,明显高于对照组的72.97%(P <0.05),治疗期间两组均未发生不良反应。结论 在放射性肠炎常规西药治疗基础上联合加味槐花散保留灌肠有助于减轻临床症状和炎症反应,提高患者直肠功能状态和疗效,且安全性良好。
Objective:To investigatethetherapeutic effect of Modified HuaihuaPowder retention enemacom-bined with conventional western medicine on radiation enteritis.Methods:A total of 74 patients with radiation en-teritis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while 37 cases in the observation group were treated with retention enema of Modified Huaihua Powder on the basis of conventional western medicine.The changes of clinical symptoms,rectal endoscopy,Karnofsky score and levels of inflammatory factors were observed before and after treatment,and the ef-ficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of abdom-inal pain,tenesmus,stool abscesses,anal burning and rectal endoscopy in the two groups decreased,and the Kar-nofsky scores increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms and rectal endoscopy in the observation group were lower and the Karnofsky score was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1 and CRP of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reac-tion in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment of radiation enteritis,retention enema with Modified Huaihua Powder is helpful to reduce clinical symptoms and in-flammatory reaction,improve patients'functional status and efficacy,and has good safety.
