摘要
目的 分析中医技术在经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)后胰腺炎(PEP)中的应用效果。方法 将82例PEP患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),2组均采用常规治疗,观察组联合中医适宜技术,比较2组患者术后腹痛、胃肠功能恢复情况及血清淀粉酶变化。结果 2组术后24、48、72 h的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及血清淀粉酶水平均逐渐减低(P<0.05),且观察组各时间VAS评分及血清淀粉酶水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀持续时间、首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PEP患者在常规治疗基础上实施中医适宜技术,能显著减轻术后疼痛,降低血清淀粉酶水平,有助于胃肠功能恢复,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)suitable technique in post-ERCP pancreatitis(PEP).Methods 82 PEP patients were randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).Two groups received routine treatment,and the observation group combined with TCM suitable technique.The postoperative abdominal pain,gastrointestinal function recovery and serum amylase changes of the two groups were compared.Results VAS score and serum amylase level in the two groups were gradually decreased at 24h,48h and 72h after surgery(P<0.05),while VAS score and serum amylase level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at each time(P<0.05).The duration of abdominal distention,first exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM suitable technique for PEP patients can significantly reduce postoperative pain,reduce serum amylase level and contribute to gastrointestinal function recovery,which is worth further summary and promotion.
