摘要
针对装定器测试过程中对多路装定通路进行手工电压测量存在的测试效率低,即时性、连续性、覆盖性不足的问题,提出了一种基于STM32单片机的自适应多路电压检测系统。该系统使用STM32单片机作为主控制器,配合芯片内置的19路模数转换器(Analog to Digital Converter,ADC)以及智能显示终端、微型打印机等外围模块,能够对19路装定通路电压连续并行采样10000次,以60 ms的检测周期连续工作与装定器工作周期保持同步,自动调整检测阈值电压适应装定器的多种工作模式,最终实现了装定器工作全流程的自动同步测试。同时,该系统增强了人机交互能力,实现了出现故障后高亮显示报警、声音报警、故障数据记录,测试完成后自动打印测试结果等功能。
Aiming at the problems of low test efficiency,immediacy,continuity and insufficient coverage in manual voltage measurement of multi-channel setting channels during the setting device test,this paper proposes an adaptive multi-channel voltage detection system based on STM32 microcomputer.The system uses STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the main controller,with the built-in 19-channel Analog to Digital Converter(A/D)and peripheral modules such as intelligent display terminals and microprinters,it can continuously sample 10000 times of 19 setting path voltages in parallel,keep synchronization with the setting device working cycle with a detection cycle of 60 ms,automatically adjust the detection threshold voltage to adapt to the multiple working modes of the setting device,and finally realize the automatic synchronous test of the whole process of the setting device.At the same time,the system enhances the human-computer interaction ability,and realizes the functions of highlighting alarm,sound alarm,fault data recording after failure,and automatically printing test results after the test is completed.
