摘要
在水电站供电过程中,由于回路开关柜的选型缺乏对实际需求的分析,导致实际供电与需求差异较大,为此提出考虑供电可靠性的水电站厂用电高压回路开关柜选型研究。在母线选型阶段,结合供电流量需求,根据运行参数需求确定导体材料后,根据母线温度及周围环境温度对其工作电流进行修正,并将其作为最终母线选型的执行标准。在一次元件设计选型阶段,将VSG1-12型户内高压真空断路器作为选型结果,使得高压回路开关柜能够满足电网在正常或事故状态下的各种操作需求。在测试结果中,设计选型高压回路开关柜作用下的供电与需求差异稳定在55.30 kW以内,处于较低水平。
In the power supply process of hydropower stations,due to the lack of analysis of actual demand in the selection of circuit switchgear,there is a significant difference between actual power supply and demand.Therefore,a study on the selection of high-voltage circuit switchgear for hydropower station auxiliary power considering power supply reliability is proposed.In the busbar selection stage,based on the power supply flow demand and the operating parameter requirements,the conductor material is determined,and the working current is corrected according to the busbar temperature and surrounding environment temperature,which is used as the execution standard for the final busbar selection.In the stage of component design and selection,the VSG1-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is used as the selection result,so that the high-voltage circuit switchgear can meet various operational requirements of the power grid under normal or accident conditions.In the test results,the difference between power supply and demand under the design and selection of high-voltage circuit switchgear is stable within 55.30 kW,which is at a relatively low level.
