摘要
玉米收获机低损脱粒是指在玉米收获过程中,通过科学的控制和管理手段,最大限度地减少玉米脱粒过程中的碎粒率和未脱粒率,实现玉米收获效率和品质的最优化。设计一种针对玉米收获机的低损脱粒控制系统,该系统基于嵌入式控制技术和CAN总线通信技术,通过对玉米脱粒过程的实时监测和控制,实现了精准的脱粒效果。系统主要包括传感器模块、控制模块和执行器模块。传感器模块采集玉米脱粒过程中的关键参数,如脱粒室内温度、湿度、压力等,控制模块根据传感器模块的反馈信号和预设的脱粒控制算法,实时调节脱粒机的转速和进料量,确保玉米脱粒的效果和损失最小化。实验结果表明,该低损脱粒控制系统能够有效地提高玉米脱粒效率,降低玉米损失率,具有很好的应用前景。
Low-loss threshing for corn harvesters refers to the scientific control and management means to minimize the rate of broken kernels and unthreshed kernels in the corn threshing process and to achieve the optimization of corn harvesting efficiency and quality.In this paper,we design a low-loss threshing control system for corn harvesters,which is based on embedded control technology and CAN bus communication technology,and achieves accurate threshing effect through real-time monitoring and control of corn threshing process.The system mainly includes a sensor module,a control module and an actuator module.The sensor module collects key parameters in the corn threshing process,such as temperature,humidity and pressure inside the threshing chamber,etc.The control module adjusts the thresher speed and feed volume in real time according to the feedback signal from the sensor module and the preset threshing control algorithm to ensure the effectiveness and minimization of corn threshing loss.The experimental results show that the low-loss threshing control system can effectively improve the efficiency of corn threshing and reduce the loss rate of corn,which has good application prospects.
