摘要
随着工业自动化水平的不断提高,智能一体化控制技术在工业领域得到了广泛应用。电动阀作为现代工业生产的重要组成部分,需要应用智能一体化技术提高生产效率和品质。本文以智能一体化控制技术为基础,研究了电动阀的设计和控制系统。首先介绍了阐述了阀门驱动的分类,其次分析了液压传动阀、气压传动阀、电动阀的工作特点,突出了电动阀的优势,最后总结了智能电动阀的特征。实践结果表明,本文研究的电动阀智能控制系统能够实现准确控制,提高生产效率和产品质量,具有较高的实用价值。
With the continuous improvement of industrial automation level,intelligent integrated control technology has been widely used in the industrial field.As an important component of modern industrial production,electric valves need to apply intelligent integrated technology to improve production efficiency and quality.Based on intelligent integrated control technology,this paper studied the design and control system of electric valves.First,the classification of valve drives is introduced.Then,the working characteristics of hydraulic,pneumatic,and electric valves are analyzed,highlighting the advantages of electric valves.Finally,the characteristics of intelligent electric valves are summarized.Practical results show that the electric valve intelligent control system studied in this paper can achieve accurate control,improve production efficiency and product quality,and has high practical value.
