基于5G和MEC技术的远程协同控制系统设计

摘要 针对国内某制造企业大型发电装备铁芯冲片叠装产品线智能化协同化改造需求,研究并设计了一种基于5G和MEC技术的远程协同控制系统。系统由系统层、网络层和物端层3层架构构成,以5G专网与园区内网融合的网络体系作为网络支撑,综合应用5G网络通信技术、边缘计算技术和信息化交互技术等技术,构建远程控制监控信息链和闭环控制信息链两大信息链路,实现远程监控、远程控制和闭环控制3大系统功能。通过在边缘端采集分析生产数据并进行决策控制,可实现生产数据流的精确传递及加工流程的可视化监控管理,实现作业、物料、运输、监控和用户各节点的协同互通,为简化生产加工流程、构建智能车间充分赋能。 Aimed at the requirement of intelligent collaborative transformation of a large power generation equipment core lamination product line in a domestic manufacturing enterprise,a remote collaborative control system based on 5G and MEC technology was studied and designed.The system is composed of a three-layer architecture of system layer,network layer and end of things layer.With the network system integrating 5G private network and intranet in the park as the network support,the system comprehensively applies 5G network communication technology,edge computing technology,information interaction technology and other technologies to build two information links,namely remote control monitoring information chain and closed-loop control information chain,to realize the three system functions of remote monitoring,remote control and closed-loop control.By collecting and analyzing production data at the edge and carrying out decision control,the accurate transmission of production data flow and visual monitoring and management of processing flow can be realized,and the collaboration and interworking of machines,materials,transportation,monitoring and user nodes can be realized,which can fully enable the simplification of production and processing processes and the construction of intelligent workshops.
